Hässlöhuset och Your Sweet Yoga Spot presenterar:

Med start i januari 2015 kommer vi varje månad att erbjuda ett
antal spännande aktiviteter på Hässlöhuset. Allt från flerdagars
workshop eller retreats till kvällskurser och motiverande föreläsningar.
Alla våra aktiviteter syftar till att inspirera till ett aktivt och
hälsosamt liv.

PORTUGAL FITNESS RETREAT 2015
Hässlöhuset i samarbete med Your Sweet Yoga Spot



Det är det dags att ta en paus och starta om. Här kan du slappna av utan den vanliga stressen, fokusera på dig själv och hitta ditt mönster för det nya året.

Vi kommer arbeta både fysiskt och mentalt enligt din nivå och önskade fördelning.

Programmet kombinerar beach workout, löparskola, core- och

crossfitlektioner både inomhus och utomhus och slutligen yoga

samt mindfullness.

Vi kommer även att föreläsa om nutrition, att det finns ett
samband mellan det du äter, din hälsa och välmående samt hur
detta genom rätt intag kan lyfta din personliga träning.

Självklart finns möjlighet till spa och massage på ett hellyxigt
boende.

Under veckan bor vi i Cascais, nära till stranden, men kommer
även att besöka vackra Sintra i bergen.

Nourish yourself on every level!

The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself.
Two international health and spirituality practitioners will guide you on a special journey of self discovery and insight in a safe and loving environment. Addressing your physical body, thought forms, emotions and spirit, this retreat will be like bathing your entire being in a sacred waterfall. Set aside of your accustomed stress level and luxuriate into a time outside of time, just for yourself. Slow down, dive in and experience a new level of intimacy with the real you.
Each day will include vinyasa yoga practice, meditation guided in a variety of styles, and mindfulness practices, all with the intention of aiding you to set your heart and mind free.
Yoga stretches us beyond where we think we can go and teaches us to breathe through the tight places, giving us strength for life. Meditation quiets the chatter in our minds so we can hear the still, small voice inside, tapping into the well of peacefulness that dwells within us. Mindfulness trains us to be truly present, moment by moment.
All levels from beginners to experienced yogis and meditators are welcome. Newcomers will learn the basics of yogic and contemplative practices, while experienced yogis will find inroads to deepen their existing practice. Wherever we start, we can always go deeper.
Through a series of engaging interpersonal practices, employing various art forms and ceremonies, we will create a sense of community and cultivate real transformation. We will cover such topics as forgiveness, body image and self love.
Our hands-on raw food preparation segments will enhance your understanding of the power of your food choices, as well as the link between yoga asanas, spiritual practice, nutrition and vibrant health. You will learn easy to replicate recipes you can make at home, for meals, snacks and chocolate, so the inspiration you gain can become a regular part of your life.

About me




I am originally from Portugal, but have been living in Sweden for the last eleven years.
I have graphic design has an education background and my life has always been very creative along with a diverse life experience.

The last year has taken a definite turn into self knowledge disciplines and the study and practice of yoga.

I have started Samayoga classes in the city of Lisbon during spring and will continue to teach open outdoor classes in the city of Västerås during the summer 2014.
There is a clear and deep intention of service in my teaching thru meditative, soft but also grounding yoga Sama classes.

I am open to offering one on one sessions for you who are in need of an holysitic support, providing you with deep or simple adjustments to your lifestyle. Creating a healthy sadhana thru merging the practice of meditation, yoga and a conscious suitable nutrition will provide you with the tools for an harmonious living.

Being available for company groups is also part of my upcoming projects of the year.
I am also actively blogging at your little habits blogg providing inspiration for habit changing.

What is Samayoga?


Samayoga is born out of the integration between Hatha yoga, Kryias, QiGong and mantras.

This practice is given to the student in a intuitive way allowing fluidity of movements and total presence between the asanas, exploring simultaneously it's subtle aspects and the way they reveal themselves in the body.

The class will begin with the chant of a mantra and a brief meditation to allow to settle in and observe.

After this, a pranayama technique will be introduced (controlled breathing technique) where the immediate effects will be felt.

The asanas that will follow will be based on a weekly theme that will give the possibility to the student to explore, integrate and balance the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of his being.

The Samayoga practice of these classes will not be advanced and everyone is welcome to come!

Samayoga semester will soon start! 

I will have Samayoga classes running and starting from the 22d of September (week 39) in the city center of Västerås and a workshop of 10 week called "self-love: a journey thru yoga" starting the 6th of October (week 41).


Please check the schedule and how the classes are organized.



Samayoga classes: 

Mondays  09:00 to 10:00
Wednesdays 11:00 to 12:00

Drop ins are welcome!


Weeks: 39, 40, 41 ,42, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51

Week 44 -/Höstlov: NO CLASSES  
Week 52 -/Jullov: NO CLASSES, end of the semester


These classes will also have workshop feel to them and will be exploring different qualities thruout the weeks. Each class can be taken individualy, so drop in is welcome :)

Each class will open with meditation and pranayama and a specific quality (breath, trust, health and balance, healing and gratitude, to give few examples) will be explored thru the daily practice.The class will end with relaxation and some sweet closing words.



10 week workshop:

From 6th October to18th December (10 classes)
Weeks: 41 ,42, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51

Week 52 -/Jullov: NO CLASSES, end of the semester
Week 44 -/Höstlov: NO CLASSES


These 10 weeks will follow the same plan as in the individual yoga classes thou we will go deeper. Also, the classes will be interconnected and heading twards each one's personal goal. It is therefor important to attend each class.

The workshop will follow a 10 week program and will start and end 15 min earlier with an opening and closing sharing circle.

Workshop:

I am offering one to one sessions to clients who are in need of an holysitic support, supplying them with deep or simple adjustments to their lifestyle. These sessions will create a healthy sadhana thru merging the practice of meditation, yoga and a conscious suitable nutrition that will provide the tools for an harmonious living.

During these sessions we will go thru different aspects of your lifestyle assessing your needs and goals. From there I will draw a taylor-made routine that will help you achieve the changes you want to see happening in your life.

First session: Free of charge during summer time

Single session 480 kr
5 sessions: 480 kr per session 
10 sessions: 440 kr per session 
20 sessions: 400 per session 
The duration of a session is 60 min
